(\u201cMuseFind\u201d), and \u201cyou\u201d and \u201cyour\u201d refer to you. Before using any of the services, products, features, functionality, Licensed Materials, and Content made available through http:\/\/MuseFind.com and any web pages that are a part of https:\/\/MuseFind.com (the \u201cSite\u201d), please carefully read this Policy relating to your use of the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, we have set up procedures to ensure that your personal information is handled responsibly and kept secure and private. Other uses of your personal information may include: to process your transactions, to provide customer service, to perform research and analysis aimed at improving our products, services and technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may also use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send transaction-related communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders and purchase confirmations. We may also send you surveys or marketing emails to inform you of new products or services or other information that may be of interest. If you do not wish to receive marketing emails, you may adjust your \u201cPersonal Information Preferences\u201d as described below or follow the \u201cunsubscribe\u201d instructions included within each email communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your account is deactivated or disabled, some of your information and the content you have provided will remain in order to allow your collaboration with the Brand, Agency or MuseFind to make full use of the Platform. For example, we continue to display your collaboration content for the campaign(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Except as disclosed in this privacy policy, MuseFind does not share your personal information with any outside parties. We may share your personal information within our corporate group, including with our subsidiaries and divisions, all of whom may use your information for the purposes disclosed herein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may share your personal information with service providers who perform services on our behalf. For example, we may hire other companies to handle the processing of payments, to provide data storage, to host websites, to fulfil orders and shipments, to assist in direct marketing, to conduct audits, etc. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to provide the service. These tiny electronic images assist us in determining how many users have visited certain pages or opened messages or newsletters.
